Neck pain and pressure on the back side of the skull and also  the right side of the skull I feel something happening. And now from 2 days my right ear is blocked.. continue buzzing sound came from my right ear...what should I do

Hi glad to help you These symptoms are suggestive of acute sinus infection And due to which the structure connecting nose and ears are congested resulting in ear blocking sensation You have to do Steam inhalation thrice daily Salt water gargle And ping me in Practo so i can help you with medications as well. !
