I tripped and was about to fall 2 years ago, but I stopped myself by putting my body weight on my right arm. My hand has been sprained since then. It hurts sometimes and is okay at other times. Since the last few days I've been getting strong pulsating , radiating pain in this arm. I also have pain in my right shoulder and near my thumb.
