Retroperitoneal mass since birth

I have been having pain in my back for 5 years and in every 6 months I get flank pain in muscle for which I have to admit in hospital for 7-8 days. I have a history of recurring retroperitoneal cyst lying near t12- L3. I also have constant whole back pain.
