Child suffering from dimness in vision from last 3 month i have enclosed report please give me some suggestions

The child has bleeding in the jelly of the eye along with retinal detachment. He should undergo early surgery by a retina specialist as recommended in the report. There can be no guarantee for how much vision he will gain. However, if he does not get it done, he will remain permanently blind. Maskatieyeclinic Opposite Charni Road station east, Mumbai
