You were already operated for a retina surgery after which you had silicon oil removal with C3F8.Prognosis depends how bad the problem was and how quickly you took the treatment for it.Hypotony is common after silicon oil removal but too much hypotony may cause choroidal detachment. Cannot comment more with the given history.
