I had an unprotected physical contact on October 6-7 2024, I tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea on December 5th. And it was negative. Also tested for hiv , syphilis, hsv igg 1+2 along the next 2 months till February. And everything was negative. But since December, I had pain and burning after urination and a general uncomfortable feeling down there. Visited multiple urologists, took multiple antibiotics namely loxof 500, niftas 100, bactrim ds, doxt sl 100 but none helped. Then I got diagonised after almost 7 months with E. coli in semen. And got IV antibiotics for that. And it cured completely. But the symptoms remain on and off, sometimes mild , sometimes a little moderate. I again took another dose of bactrim ds with doxycycline 100 for 2 weeks twice daily which ended just a week back. But still half relieved. Currently I am on a nerve medication called lyrica 75 and an alpha blocker. So should I retest for chlamydia and gonorrhea or any other potential sti or std?
