Hi, I am 32 and trying to conceive. On my day 10 my follicular study shows a simple retention cyst of 31mm*24mm in left ovary and endometrium is 5mm(echogenic). What does it mean? What are the chances of resolvation of cyst? Can I take apple cider vinegar?
