Good news: physical recovery is complete. The Thiocolchicoside episode was akathisia (a known side effect causing restlessness/urge to move limbs) â stopping it was the right call. The current mental sluggishness and hesitancy going out is post-traumatic avoidance behaviour â the brain has learned to associate movement and going out with danger after the accident. This is psychological, not physical. Gradually pushing yourself to resume normal activities daily is the key â start with short walks, then build up. It gets better with consistent exposure.
Next Steps
Resume daily activities gradually. If hesitancy is severe or not improving in 4â6 weeks, see a Psychiatrist for brief trauma-focused therapy. No further physical investigations needed. Please consult me directly on Practo.
