My resting pulse rate is 90-100.... sometimes above 100..feel heart palpitation strongly sonetimes ....no abnormalities in echo...bp normal....age 24...weight 67kg....some say it's due to anxiety..yes i worry abt career,family.....so everyone does.....i dont eat junk food ......3-4 cut tea a day max....what's wrong with me.....

Hello.. Yes it looks like anxiety only..Apart from that it might hormonal disturbances also like thyroid...I would suggest you to meet a physician and get it examined...I don't think you need to panic about it...Thank you
