Yes. You should see a physician or a pulmonologist (chest specialist). 9 year breathlessly points towards fee conditions like chronic obstructive lung disease (COPD), lung fibrosis (ILD) or bronchial asthma. There can be some other rarer possibilities. Need full information, physical examination and some investigations to reach a diagnosis. Once a diagnosis is made then it can be treated accordingly.
