The safest method to loose weight is by exercising and controlling your diet. I wouldn't advise to continue with the tonic and to focus on exercising. The following steps may help:

- Maintain a healthy body and diet (Maintain a healthy weight as per your BMI)
- Have vegetable juices

- Avoid smoking and alcohol if you have the habit
