Today I visited a physiotherapy clinic and explained my situation to the doctor she said it is because of sitting position i got the lower back pain and she recommended a week treatment. she did IFT & US to me today as part of treatment day 1, to my surprise this treatment was different I was expecting some massages and she used some electric machines and told me that is how the treatment will be and there are two types of physiotherapy treatment s one through massage and oil & another like the one I'm going through now .... wanted to know if my treatment is right ???
