Hi sir/mam.. My 12 months babe got bite from a tortoise does anything happens to him plz suggest ...the finger side skin got cuted and redness inflameted

Tortoise are not poisonous thr might be secondary infection as their mouth may contain bacteria use local antibiotics and consult a general physicians
