My husband got his ECG done as he sometimes feels mild pain on left side chest. The report states Sinus mode tachycardia and cardiac electric axis normal. Please guide.

It is not uncommon to have fast heart rate .if not associated with any other symptoms like breathlessness u can wait n watch. Get 2d echo done
