My bf is 32yrs no pain no issue into gyming and strictly diet following eats tablets of  vitamins ,fish oil tab,evion and consume protein.after 6 mnths gap dne full body checkup please check the report below and suggest is it serious or with proper diet and medicine it can be cured .please help.
