Hi please help on reoccurring UTI For urine culture and report. We had viu recently for my father attached report

Probably Sample not collected properly... Repeat urine culture with proper sample collection.. Share ultrasound  KUB with PVRV  if done.. Otherwise get it done... Send reports..
