I dnt hav another kid.and she started to go to school from last year nd june 2017 she had uti. From june she is suffering fever almost after every 40-45 days.fever range 100-101 degree.no other severe symptom except cold cough nd it lasts upto 3-5days.

From the history it looks like just viral infections as she grows her immunity will get better and she will improve.

Next time she gets a fever get a urine routine  (clean the area with lots of water, in a clean bottle catch a mid stream sample), it's better to rule out any infection. If she has repeated sneezing in the morning, running nose or blocked nose on most of the days, any family history of allergies then she will require work up for allergies

Don't use antibiotics for just 2-3 days of fever (unless prescribed) , give symptomatic treatment with paracetamol.
