,hii . myself meenu ..my age is 29 ..nd 14 days before I blessed with baby boy...nd i have another baby girl ..shz 3yrs old...since 2 days i m suffering from some problem..like when I go for motion i feel lots of pain at motion area...i used piles ointment...bt now i have lot's of pain ...can I use Himalaya piles tablet for pain releaf...

High fiber diet. Plenty of water. Avoid spicy food. Use syrup lactose 30 ml  before sleeping for 5 day's. Apply anovate cream 2 to 3 times in and around anal canal. Do sitz bath ( take warm water in a tub mix betadine 10% solution 5 ml and sit in it for half an hour  3 Times in a day).

You dont need any such medication..just keep your stools soft. Take stool softener and high fiber diet.
