Hi doc, Im from Punjab, India and i wanted to ask somethibg from you. My period started yesterday suddenly and unknowingly i ate deviry just before knowing about it and im a bit worried if there could be any side effect of it.Also im getting severe cramps on my left adminal part and im not able to concentrate on my studies as well as feeling pms like symptoms...i want to know why is it happening?

Hi good evening Thnxs for your question Don't worry U ate hormones pills that make ur period irregular. So will be OK in few days. But don't ate next time without advise
