I masturbated multiple times for 3 days in a rows and after each masturbation the amount of sperm ejaculated was decreasing but still I was unable to ignore my urges and so I  masturbated again and in my last two masturbation i haven't ejaculated a little amount of sperm i.e no sperm was coming out from my penis I got totally scared so I stopped masturbating and now it's been two days I am not feeling any kind of urge or anything usually irrespective of how many times I masturbate in earlier times I was getting erection in  just next day but this time I am not feeling so. I am not feeling the kind of errection I had and even if I try to get erection it is kind of a forced erection but in earlier times I got erection like many times in a day but it is not happening since 2 days. Yesterday I was feeling too sleepy like I was for sleeping for half of the day. In last two days I haven't felt any urges or arousals which is unusual for me...I am concern about it??? what is happening??
