I suffer sensation of irregular heart beat for few seconds. Is it arrthymia?if yes then what is its causes and suggest me some natural ways of curing this.

Hello.. Well you are a young boy...arrhythmia I'd unlikely at your age...might be anxiety which is causing it...better consult a physician first and get examined and get an ecg done for a better picture....then we can come to a conclusion as what is exactly happening...thank you
