Regular ENT vs Paediatric ENT

I have a very simple question. There is a need for me to take a second ENT-related opinion for my 3 year old son. I go to a Children's hospital where a doctor which suggested a procedure to be done. I'd like to take a second opinion. The question here is : Is Paediatric ENT a specialized field or do all ENT doctors take care of adults and children alike?

As such we don't have separate ent pediatric degree, hence the one who sees adult will also look into pediatric problems And they are trained in that.
