Regular acidity and pain in left forearm

I have regular acidity: due to it sometimes my left forearm pains. I recently got a ECG done and it did not show any heart related problems. I have earlier had the same problem, due to digestion issues I regularly have acidity, constipation and sometimes pain in the left forearm and fingers. Wanted to know which specialist doctor should I consult.
