Regeneration of foreskin

Hi Since last year I have not been sexually active.. yesterday I observed that my foreskin regenerated it's look like condition as Phimosis.. I can't believe, 😭 Please advise..

If the foreskin is not getting retracted behind the glans and you are facing difficulty in urination as well then you will need circumcision
