Hello sir.... Sorry to hear that. But if u are having the gangrene issues, there should be some underlying cause. The atherosclerosis, scleroderma, rheumatoid disease are few of the conditions known to cause these. Treatment of them will prevent the future occurrences. As for the present gangrene, do consult a sugeon nearby, or text me online with the pics for diagnosis in proper. Presence of infection further necessitates the immediate treatment.
