Hello, I am an 18-year-old bisexual male. Recently, I had sexual contact with a 25-year-old individual who is as a very promiscuous homosexual male. During the encounter, I received oral sex, and we engaged in deep kissing, during which my lips bled. Could you please assess my risk of contracting HIV or Hepatitis B as a result of this interaction?

It’s possible. But risk is low. You should get PEP immediately if you don’t know the HIV status of the person. And at the same time screen your self for STIs not just HIV n HbsAg. Also go for syphils testing.
