Thank you for sharing your concern about the swelling in your abdomen. A persistent swelling in the **right quadrant** with associated pain could indicate various underlying conditions such as **gallbladder issues, liver concerns, intestinal disturbances, or even gynecological causes** (like ovarian cysts). Since this has been ongoing for months, it requires proper evaluation rather than self-medication.  Key Recommendations for Now: 1. Monitor Symptoms:     - Note if the swelling worsens after meals or during specific times.     - Check for associated symptoms like fever, nausea, changes in bowel habits, or weight loss.  2. Temporary Relief Measures:    - Avoid fatty/spicy foods and carbonated drinks.     - Apply a warm compress to the area for comfort.     - Maintain light physical activity to aid digestion.  3. Avoid Self-Medication:    - Pain relievers or antacids might mask symptoms without addressing the root cause.  Next Steps: Given the duration and location of your symptoms, I strongly recommend a **clinical examination, ultrasound, or other diagnostic tests** to determine the exact cause. For a detailed assessment and personalized treatment plan, you can reach me on WhatsApp at **eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two** to schedule a consultation.

For gastritis relief, try home remedies like drinking ginger tea, eating smaller and more frequent meals, and consuming soothing foods like bananas, yogurt, and oatmeal to help calm the stomach lining and reduce inflammation.

Does the swelling feel like a hernia coming out while you cough or give pressure thru abdomen? In that case you need to visit a general surgeon to evaluate further. Apart from hernia it could be due to excessive belly fat which compresses everything inside your abdomen while you sit for long hours. For that you need to work on weight loss along with diet and exercise.
