Regarding subchorionic haemorrhage

Hello as per the USG it's telling that there is mild subchoronionic haemorrhage at rt side(7.1×3.2mm) and the FHR is 142bpm and it's 7wk3d.its a matter to worried? what precaution can I take from my side.there is a history of previous spont.Abortion.I am on regular medicine, injection HCG.

Take rest, avoid heavy work and travel, avoid intercourse.. continue the meds
