Hi since you are 28 years old, touching a heart rate of 150bpm during heavy exercise is normal (like running cycling skipping swimming playing sport etc).
If you are used to exercising or playing sport regularly, it should not give you any symptoms or make you uncomfortable. If previously you were able to do it comfortably and now you cannot (assuming that you don't have a gap or break from exercising) then get yourself checked.

Also get your Hemoglobin checked, low hemoglobin can reduce your exercise capacity.
