I can understand your concern.
Get your blood pressure checked out by the same person on the same time for 3 days.
If it still stays persistently high, only then you require treatment.
Starting from now, lower your salt intake, avoid papads and pickles, avoid soy sauce, oily and spicy foods to also be avoided.
Walking for 40 minutes a day is also a must. Yoga, pranayama, meditation will definitely help.
Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
