Regarding my anomaly scan report

Hi doctor, Am currently 21 weeks pregnant and I had my anomaly scan yesterday and these where noted down in remarks The 2nd trimester risk for trimosy 21 shows as, Background risk-1: 1081 Adjusted risk-1:20000 We are really worried about it.Could you please advise if it's normal. Thanks in advance.
