Regarding Minoz 100 table

Hello Dr, I have been taking Minoz 100 for my scalp infection. Infection disappears completely  after taking 3~4 tablets but again reappears if i stop taking the same. So do you recommend continuing this tablet for long period of time? Is it harmful if i continue to take one tab per day for a long time? thank you.
