I have been suffering from severe dandruff since childhood. It also some time results in redness of scalp and around face, neck and back. I have used many kz shampoos but it doesn't provide any relief. Now I am using selsun shampoo ( tropical solution of selenium sulphhide). It had provided me relief. But now on I am also started to have hairfall. A local dermatologist adviced me to take becosule capsule with evion capsule. Is it right medication. Can I take them both simultaneously and till how long I continue them. Please help, if you advice anything else that will also be fine.
