My question is... Which basic test is accurate and reliable . Elfa Elisa or Tridot. After possible exposure . And secondly Cold sores can be symptoms of hiv infection.

Hello Sir, Cold sores can be related to HIV but not always. Cold sores can not be always because of HIV. ELISA is a good test to find out the presence of HIV. Tridot is a basic test and not very reliable. Besides that there is PCR test which is even better and almost 100% perfect.
