Both are similar in terms of efficacy and side effects just that their mechanism of action vary a bit ! As you have been tested COVID positive recently kindly get you COVID 19 antibody levels checked ! If they are over the roof you need to hold back a bit to get the vaccine as it might cause an hyper immune reaction which might lead to hospitalisation !
