I was tested positive on 2 April and negetive on 13 april. I took vaccine recently and now I am having some issues like weakness and stomach upset

Vaccine side effects are seen within 72 hrs. If it happened later than that, it's unrelated to the vaccine.

If these symptoms appeared after vaccination then remember mild side effects of vaccine can happen. Take tab dolo for body pain. Drink plenty and of water. Do breathing exercise.

1st of all after becoming postive you should have avoided vaccine for min 6 to 8 weeks. Get yourself a proper treatment for your symptoms. Hydrate yourself properly.
