Hi My sister is undergoing treatment for bipolar disorder with hints of schizophrenia. Previously she used to be upset about not going to college.now she has a new demand -she wants to leave India & study abroad.that too as soon as possible-how do we distract her from this new thought-she's keen on getting passport done & fly off. Everyday she insists we find a college outside India & figure out admission process.
