Regarding conception of baby

I want to know at the age of 34 how can I conceive another child. I already had a child of 9 years now I want to conceive another child. I am trying to conceive for long time back but not able to conceive but before 3 months cyst in my right ovary is diagnosed but now its clear. Suggestions for conception is required what is ovulation and what is the time period of ovulation.
