I take Gluformin G2 (2mg + 500mg) before breakfast, empty stomach. I do an early dinner at around 7pm. I need to check if I can eat something in the evening after taking Glyciphage 500mg?

You need to take glyciphage at dinner time, preferably after dinner. Doesn't matter if you have an early dinner.
