Usage of Refresh tears for severe myopia

I have -5 myopia , and thinning of cornea I have been diagnosed with barrage laser treatment. Inevitably I have to use computer and mobile So I have been advised to use refresh tears for 4-5 times a day Is there any side effects of using Refresh tears in long term daily 4-5 times (one drop each time , 4-5 times a day)
Is this life long usage?
Should I keep continues usage of this drops
As my eyes become dry when I use digital devices and my eyes start twitching and feels dry type.
Better not use for more that 2times a day on regular basis if required or not relieved should consult
As it contains preservatives long term usage more than twice not good
Other lifestyle modification, dry eye treatment regimens or treatment of cause of dry eye if identified
