I would advise you to check your blood pressure levels if the headache is persistent, if you're constantly feeling dizzy and having loss of balance could be vertigo for which you'll need to be treated with betahistine. The pain over the chest, bloatedness, farts and burps could be due to gastritis for which you'll need antacids and other lifestyle changes. As for the ear pain and headache you could have a basic painkiller to reduce the pain until the other problems are treated.
The following lifestyle changes could be helpful for you:
- Drink lots of water and stay well hydrated at all times of the day(Aim to drink 2.5-3 liters of water everyday)
- Be careful with caffeine aim to drink caffeinated drinks such as coffee, tea, cola just 1 or 2 times a day, above 6 such drinks would make you irritable, anxious and will negatively affect your performance
- Don't skip meals, you may not feel like eating but in such conditions you should have the reduced amount in frequent intervals(i.e. 3 square meals broken down to 5 or 6 as you can tolerate) and slowly increase as you get better.
- Eat healthy, clean and nutritious diet
- Eat iron rich food
- Adults need upto 8 hours of sleep per night
- Destress yourself with methods such as yoga/meditation.
- Exercise regularly
If you're feeling depressed i would highly recommend that you speak to a psychiatrist who could be of great help to you.
