Sir my son is six months old age he is suffering from anemia his he reduces continue and blood transfusion three times till date i had done all test's such as bone marrow,torch,piroviruses,hsv1,hsv2,totaliorn binding,cycotoxic stress genus etc all are normal please guide me further treatment
