I am recurrently infected with diseases ,almost 2-3 times in 6 months. This  is decreasing my immunity And I am getting weaker day by day. Normally eating, But I don't know , does the food is absorbed also or not. Please help me with my immunity. My weight is 59 kgs and height is 5'11" . I am student studying at hostel.
