Redness on face after rubbing it hard by bear hands due to this skin has peel out after cleaning it with towel also skin gets dry so now I have started using dove

Why did you rub the skin so badly? Please visit a dermatologist (allopathic) near you. There must be acute inflammation (irritation) of the skin which is why it is peeling. For that you will need prescription medicines . Till you visit a dermatologist wash your face only ONCE with plain water (no soap and face wash) and 'PAT OR DAB ' it dry .. do not wipe it .
