Your acne sounds to be grade 3 or 4. Cream/ointment will not be enough. You will need tablets will need monitoring and some baseline blood test reports. Please consult a dermatologist for proper treatment plan. It willl take time.. You will have to continue treatment for a few months but it will get controlled. Hope this was helpful.
