I woke up this morning with my left eye inner corner of my eye red and under the lower lid. It is uncomfortable, a little itchy in the corner of my eye. I already have a problem with dry eyes but use drops every night before I go to bed so I don’t think it’s from dry eye. I am in a program that has clinical hours at hospitals and deal with patient contact so I’m not sure what to do if it is pink eye or something contagious.

if there is some discharge then it could be infection. in that case you must use antibiotics eye drops 2hourly e.g. moxifloxacin. otherwise you can use simple decongestant eye drops e.g. Andre I kul.
