I have a lot of redness and burning sensation over my testicles. Even when I piss my pennies pain. The burning sensation is very high I can't sleep at night...applied all sort of ointment but no effect sensation is same

It seems you are having some inflammation around your testicles the cause of which can be confirmed only by seeing it. Please see a doctor immediately.
