Redness and itching all over the body

2 days back my son had a minor burn injury on skin. Apparently the next day evening the redness and itching all over the body started with the fever of 99c to 100c. and yesterday v consulted Dr. For the same(pediatrician). But there are no signs of decrease in itching and redness. Fever also appears every now and then. Not having food properly as well.

Could be allergic reaction to medication, or Urticaria; Apply Megaheal Cream, Syp ZYNCET 5ML once perday x 5 days,

It could be allergy or viral exanthem we need more info Give syp levocetrizine for itching and crocin 6 hourly
