Red swollen itchy patches on hands legs

I have red swollen, itchy patches like mosquito bites on my hands and legs when I wake up every morning. I don't think these are mosquito bites since my room is free of mosquitoes at night...I think they are some other bug bites and I'm not sure what bugs or how to treat this
