Hi, Sometimes a viral infections can cause these kind of rashes , usually starts in the palms and soles and progresses upwards. This viral exanthem usually subsides when the infection is cured. Since you are recovering from fever this could be the most likely cause. Another cause that could lead to similar symptoms is a drug allergy. If the fever persists, tests may be needed.
